Talk to your patient. Ayuvra writes the notes.

An AI medical scribe for Indian clinics. Consult in English, Hindi or any of 22 Indian languages, and Ayuvra drafts the clinical notes and prescription, then keeps track of the tests and follow-ups you ask for.

From conversation to follow-up

Less time on documentation, and nothing the patient needs to do next gets forgotten.

  1. 1

    Record

Tap record when the patient sits down. Talk the way you normally do, in any language or a mix.

  2. 2

    Review and approve

When you stop, the notes, prescription and suggested next steps are ready. Edit anything, then approve.

  3. 3

    Close the loop

Your clinic sees every test and follow-up still outstanding, and calls the patient in one tap.

Ready when you finish

When you stop recording, the clinical notes and prescription are drafted. Ayuvra also picks out what you asked the patient to do next, like a test or a return visit, for you to approve.

  • Built only from what was said; nothing is filled in
  • Suggested next steps quote your own words
  • Nothing is final until you approve it

Every earlier visit, at a glance

For a returning patient, the visits so far sit beside today's consultation: how they were doing at each one, in their own words, and what changed in their medicines. Past records stay read-only.

  • Green when better, red when worse, only when you or the patient said so
  • Medicines started, stopped or changed, worked out from your prescriptions
  • A short summary of earlier visits, each line dated

Tests and follow-ups, tracked until done

Once the patient leaves, recommended tests and return visits are easy to forget, for the patient and the clinic. Next Steps keeps a simple list of what is still outstanding, so your team can follow up.

  • Overdue, due soon, and no due date at a glance
  • Tap to call; record contacted, scheduled or completed
  • Ayuvra never contacts patients on its own

Why doctors can trust it

Patient data deserves more than a promise. These safeguards are built into how Ayuvra works.

Checked before anything prints

Every medicine, dose and test on the note is checked against what was actually said. Anything that doesn't match is marked in red, and the prescription can't be printed until the doctor confirms it.

Patient data stays in India

All patient records are stored on servers in India.

The doctor approves everything

Notes, prescriptions and next steps are drafts until the doctor approves them. The AI only uses what was said; an incomplete consultation is marked as incomplete, never filled in.

Each clinic sees only its own patients

Clinic-level isolation is enforced in the database itself, not just in the app.

No consultation audio stored

Ayuvra doesn't store consultation audio. Transcripts and notes stay in your clinic's account, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Verified clinics only

New clinic accounts are reviewed and approved before they can use any clinical features.
