About Ayuvra
Built so doctors can look at their patients, not their screens
Doctors in India often see dozens of patients a day. A large part of that time goes into typing notes and prescriptions, and once a patient leaves, the tests and return visits they were asked for are easily forgotten.
Ayuvra listens to the consultation in the language it happens in, drafts the clinical notes and prescription, and keeps track of what the patient was asked to do next. The doctor reviews and approves everything.
We build Ayuvra in India, for Indian clinics: for Hinglish, for 22 Indian languages, and for busy outpatient days. Our aim is simple: less time on documentation, and better follow-through on care.
How we build it
The doctor decides
Ayuvra drafts; the doctor reviews, edits and approves. Nothing is final, and nothing is sent to a patient, without the doctor.
Only what was said
Notes are built from the consultation itself. Gaps are not filled in, and every suggested next step quotes the doctor's own words.
Patient data stays with the clinic
Each clinic can only see its own patients, and Ayuvra doesn't store consultation audio.
Care continues after the visit
Tests, scans, referrals and return visits the doctor asked for are tracked until they happen.
