What counts as a consultation?
One recorded consultation for which Ayuvra generates notes. Correcting a transcript, editing notes or downloading PDFs does not count again.
What if I reach my monthly limit?
You'll see a warning at 80%. You're never cut off in the middle of a consultation: you get up to 20% extra, after which new consultations pause until you upgrade, add a top-up or your next billing period starts.
What are top-ups?
A one-time pack of extra consultations for clinics on a paid plan. A top-up is used only after your monthly consultations and the 20% extra are used up. Each pack is valid for 12 months from purchase and carries over from month to month. If your plan ends, your unused top-up consultations are paused, and work again if your plan resumes within their 12 months. Top-ups are not refundable.
How do I pay?
Monthly plans renew automatically through UPI AutoPay, card or net banking, and you can cancel any time. Annual plans are paid once, upfront.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
Your patient records are never deleted or locked for non-payment. You can always log in to view, search and export all of your past consultations. Only new consultations stop.

One subscription covers one doctor. Prices are the total amount payable. Top-up packs are one-time payments. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling.
